FAQ

How long does delivery take?

Trade offers are prepared and sent by our traders by hand, so timing depends on the queue and Steam’s own trade rules — for example a trade hold on your account. You’ll get an email the moment your offer is sent, and the order page always shows the current stage. We don’t promise a fixed time, because a real person checks every trade before it goes out.

How accurate is the float shown on a listing?

The float we show is indicative: it reflects the wear tier of the skin, derived from live market data for that exterior band. It tells you which tier you’re buying — Factory New through Battle-Scarred — and roughly where in that band the wear sits. It is not a per-item exact reading, and we don’t quote paint seeds or inspect links. The wear tier you see is the wear tier you receive.

What if I don’t accept the trade offer?

The trade offer stays in your Steam account until it expires or you decline it. If something’s wrong — the wrong trade URL, or your inventory can’t receive offers — reach us through the contact form and we’ll sort it out. An order that can’t be delivered is refunded in full.

Can I get a refund?

If a skin can’t be delivered, you’re refunded in full — no questions. Because each skin is a unique item confirmed at the moment of purchase, a completed delivery is generally non-returnable. The full detail is in our Refunds policy.

Why do I need to verify my email?

Skins are delivered by hand, so we confirm your email once before you can check out. It protects your order and makes sure delivery notifications actually reach you. You can browse and save to your wishlist straight away — verification only gates the checkout.
