Terms of Service

SkinFoundry is a marketplace for CS2 weapon skins. Each listing is a single item, delivered to your Steam account as a trade offer. By placing an order you confirm you’re old enough to enter a binding contract in your country and that the Steam trade URL you provide is your own or the intended recipient’s.

Prices shown already include our margin. The wear tier on every listing is accurate; the float shown is indicative — derived from live market data for that exterior band, not a per-item exact reading, and never accompanied by paint-seed or inspect-link claims. The wear tier you see is the wear tier you receive.

An order is a contract to deliver that specific skin. If we can’t deliver it — for example it’s no longer available at the market — we cancel and refund in full. We may refuse or cancel orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent or breach Steam’s trading rules.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run your account and deliver your orders: your email address, your Steam trade URL, and your order history.

We use your email to confirm your account, send delivery notifications and answer support requests. We don’t sell your data. We keep it only as long as we need it for orders, support and our legal obligations, and you can ask us to delete your account data at any time through the contact form.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart, plus a cookie-consent tool for anything optional. You can manage optional cookies from the consent banner at any time.

Refunds & Returns

If a skin can’t be delivered, you get a full refund. If something goes wrong with a delivery, reach us through the contact form with your order number and we’ll make it right.

Because each skin is a unique digital item confirmed at the moment of purchase, a completed delivery is generally non-returnable once the trade offer has been accepted. This doesn’t affect any statutory rights you have that can’t be waived.

Refund timing depends on your payment provider once we’ve issued it on our side.
